Fiber-optic vacuum windows

Applications

The fiber-optic vacuum windows are used to transfer images 1:1 from a vacuum chamber towards atmosphere. It is similar to a standard window flange, but without spreading of the image throughout the window.

They are available in two sizes: 25 mm FO window in a CF63 flange and 40 mm FO window in a CF100 flange.

Features

These vacuum flanges can be baked up to 100°C and are suited for UHV vacuum environments.
